They feel they have an opportunity to accomplish something of real value—something that matters in the larger scheme of things
They feel that they are on a path that is worth their time and energy, giving them a strong sense of purpose or direction
As the world of work evolves, companies have to adapt. Millennials will look to work for companies where they can collaborate and feel they have a meaningful work environment.
